i know that i should wait until next week to share this as i said i would in yesterday’s post, but i just found this and i loved it so much i had to share it immediately. monday night, an acoustic version of my favorite song from my favorite album of 2007 was performed on none other than the colbert report. here it is.
so i am discovering that there are some talk shows out there that are developing better tastes in music. now i realize that the majority of their musical guests are still super popular and usually not that talented. but believe it or not, recently there have been some stellar performances on prime time talk shows. therefore, i am going to try and regularly recommend an upcoming performance, and then also link a video of my favorite performance of the previous week. the one i’m most excited about for this week is tomorrow (wed.) night’s performance by feist on late night w/ conan. and then here is my favorite performance of last week.
