The National Write a New Song for ‘Win Win’

It looks like it will be a pretty interesting film, but that isn’t why I am interested in it today. Like most Sundance films, the soundtrack seems to be filled with great indie music including a new song from The National written just for the movie. The new song is everything we have come to expect from them. “Think You Can Wait” would easily fit right in with everything on High Violet. It’s a hauntingly beautiful sound with a fantastic arrangement that has the gorgeous Sharon Van Etten on background vocals. Take a listen below.

And if you are in the Tulsa area you should come and join us at Cain’s Ballroom on April 19th, cause for some reason there are still tickets available. If I were you I would snatch them fast, because there is a good chance this is the one time they come and play in Oklahoma.
