Welcome to ‘Song of the Day’

Since I get tons of music everyday, as you can imagine it can be hard to go through it all. So hard I can’t a lot of stuff unfortunately gets judged by the cover and never listened to.  Not only that but a lot of the stuff that gets listened to is enjoyed, but sometimes forgotten about or tossed to wayside.  Not because I don’t like it, but because I’m so busy.  And until I can make reviewing music my full-time gig, unfortunately that isn’t going to change.  So I’ve come up with a solution.  I am going to aim to give you all something everyday from now on.  The regular indepth pieces will came at my regular rate about once a week.  But on the days that either myself or any of the other writers don’t have anything for you.  I am simply going to give a song to listen that I have been enjoying lately.  That way you don’t have to wait for months to roll by for me to finally have the time to give them a proper article in order for you to hear about them.

So on those days I am simply going to post a track. I might say a few words about why I like the song, just depends on whether I have 15 minutes to give or just 2.  And then I will leave it up to you, my loyal readers to give your opinions on it. And then maybe in the future there might be something more on them. But maybe not. I think this sounds like a good plan.

So here’s our first song of the day.  It’s a song by a band called Throw Me the Statue, who I have really been loving lately.  I really do hope to write more about these guys in the future.  But for now, enjoy this incredibly catchy tune.  And please don’t resist your urge to dance in your chair as your listen.
